★ ORDERS NORMALLY SHIP IN 3-5 business days via USPS First Class Mail to the address you input. (Please double check accuracy.) SHOP DOES NOT ACCOMMODATE ADDRESS CHANGES AFTER ORDER IS RECEIVED. Plan for an additional 5-10 days (or up to 14 days occasionally) shipping time with first class USPS shipping for domestic orders. Shipping upgrades and rush options are available. Priority Shipping is supposed to be 2-3 business days but USPS does not guarantee anything and it can take longer. Orders will not be refunded or cancelled due to shipping delays caused by USPS or buyer not reading this shipping info.★

★ Sales on custom orders or personalized items are final due to the personalization (unless there is a mistake that was made on my end wrong date, misspellings, etc). As stated in the listings, this is done by hand and not by a machine. There may be letters not lined up perfectly, spacing may be slightly off or differences in depth of impression but these are not considered mistakes. These characteristics are what make hand stamped jewelry unique. No refunds will be offered but we still care about YOU, the customer being happy.
