All shipping will be calculated off of the weight of the pieces purchased.
Refund Policy
We take pride that every piece that leaves our shop is 100% ready to be displayed in your home or business. We will offer limited refunds for the following reasons:
Change of Mind - if you get a piece and change your mind about it, you will be allowed to return the piece at your own shipping costs. If the piece is returned in the original packing in an undamaged and resalable condition within 7 days from receiving it, you will be refunded the cost of the piece only. No shipping fees will be refunded for any reason.
Damaged in transit - if the products are damaged in transit, after an investigation with the shipping company is done we will either refund or replace the items sent. Leaves and Lumber must be notified by email at leavesandlumber@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item. No shipping fees will be refunded.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations will be allowed on in-stock items only. If you have ordered a custom piece there is no cancellations allowed.
Any returns will be refunded only if it is sent back in the original packaging, in an undamaged and resalable condition.
Exchanges will be allowed, but buyer will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred. No shipping fees will be refunded.
Leaves and Lumber has the right to refuse service to anyone.
