Typical turnaround for a viewing gallery is 1-2 business days after taking receipt of your products.  Once I am finished and the images are approved by the client, I will return all items to you.

  • Packshot/Knockout Product Photography – Standard resolution (product shot on pure white background) – Listing Price advertised, but quantity discounts offered on 15+ images.  Perfect for e-Commerce, print, marketing banners, or any other large format printing.  Digital retouch included with private online gallery delivery for viewing and download once payment is made.
    • Quantity price breakpoints offered on 15+ images.  Contact me for details and breakpoint ranges.
    • Images delivered are in a 1:1 ratio (square) with a pure white background.
    • Dimensions are 2000 pixels by 2000 pixels, which is perfect for online viewing on any digital screen.
    • **Additional charges may be included if products are highly reflective, shiny, or larger than 12″ wide x 18″ tall.  Contact me for a quote**

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING DETAILS:

FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON EVERYTHING!  All of my artwork ships for FREE.  Yes, you read that right – No matter if you’re buying my largest metal, canvas, acrylic, or photo print, I take care of that for you.  The price you see is the price you pay (excluding taxes – thanks Uncle Sam 😊).  Shipping times may vary with the different products.  Once I receive your order, I typically enter it into my system to be sent to the print lab within 24 hours of receiving notification.  Once the Lab receives the order, production times can vary from 3-14 business days before the item ships.  With that said, the default shipping is Ground Shipping via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.  Should you need an order expedited, please contact me BEFORE placing your order so we can work out the details.

SENDING AS A GIFT?

Perfect!  Feel free to include your gift message and we’ll have a small card included with your order to celebrate their photo gift!  Also, each order that is shipped, I do not include an invoice or any pricing information with their/your order.  The invoice details will only be shared with the person who placed the order.

Refund Policy

For Physical Prints (Art Print, Canvas, Metal, or Acrylic)

Refunds are only given if the item has been damaged through the shipping process.  I intentionally choose to use a top professional print lab that uses the highest quality materials and truly ensures they pack your art with care for it to arrive safely!

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations are only guaranteed IF the customer contacts me directly within (1) hour of placing their order.  Once I receive your order request, I place the print order with the lab typically within the same day.  Once I have placed the order, I am unable to cancel with the lab.

Due to the value of the Art, returns or exchanges are not permitted unless there is an error made on behalf of my shop.  If the error is mine, I will work to make it right as soon as possible.  In all other cases, the order is final.
