Shipping Policy
Purchases will be shipped via USPS. Most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days. However, once the package is out of our hands we have no control over the shipping time. Please let us know if you do not receive an order in a timely manner and we will work with you as best we can, but we do not have control over shipping speeds.
We make every effort to ship all orders within 48 hours from the date of order. If we find that shipping your order is not possible within 48 hours, we will contact you immediately.
Any order placed online over a weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping delays may occur during holiday seasons. Multiple orders require more lead time, depending on the size of the order. We will contact you by email or phone concerning any shipping delays.
Refund Policy
If you have issues with an order, please let us know as soon as possible. If you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date you received the order to contact us, and 30 days from the date you received the order to send it back. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping a returned item. Refunds will be processed once we have received the item. Please note the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it to get a refund, and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
