Shipping Policy
Ship Monday-Thursday. Ship standard shipping with ice packs. Ship through UPS. Must not exceed 10 lbs. No shipping to PO Boxes. Only ship to the central 48 U.S. Minimum cost of 15.95.
Nouveau Chocolates is not responsible for any damaged goods due to weather or shipping handling.
Refund Policy
No Refunds. Sales are final.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
No returns. Exchanges will be at full cost to customer, including all extra shipping and packaging materials. If customer cancels a refund will be given minus shipping cost and a 10% fee.
