Shipping candles can be tricky - pairing breakable glass with melt-able wax can look like a recipe for disaster to the untrained eye. This is why we take the utmost care in ensuring our candles arrive to you safely. After talking with other candle makers and testing my packaging, I am confident that your candles will arrive at your door without any damage. Seriously, I have thrown a box from my second story balcony, then kicked it like a soccer ball, and they were perfectly fine. That being said, if there is ever something wrong with your shipment, PLEASE let us know so we can arrange a solution personal to your situation.
To keep the package in the USPS shipping storeroom for as little time as possible and prevent melting, we only ship packages on Monday-Thursday. Orders will be packaged and shipped within a week of the order. All Olfactory Kitten orders are a $5 flat rate for shipping.
Refunds are not provided unless the candle arrives damaged. Photos of the package are required to consider a refund or replacement. If you received a candle that has been damaged in shipping, please email us at okcandles@outlook.com with photographed proof and we can discuss a solution.
If you would like to cancel an order before you get a shipping notification, please email us at okcandles@outlook.com and we can discuss your situation. Once your order has been shipped, there is no room for cancellation.
