Unless noted otherwise, all items ship free within the continental United States.  Items will be shipped as First Class with the United States Postal Service.  Please allow 7 business days after shipment date for USPS to make the delivery.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.  If you receive your product and it is not what you ordered or it arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please email SparrowshineDesigns@gmail.com immediately so that I can correct the problem.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

I will fulfill orders in a timely manner, so any cancellations must occur prior to shipment- which may be the same day.  Returns and exchanges are not allowed.  All sales are final.
